The Black Pig had an exceptional product and growing reputation on social media, but its brand didn’t fully match the quality of the food. In amongst the buzz of Borough Market, where dozens of stalls compete for attention, they needed a brand that stood-out and provided the infrastructure for future growth.
Solution
Working alongside the leadership team, we created a cohesive brand system built around The Black Pig’s bold, artisan personality. This included a refreshed stall design, signage and packaging that made the offer clear and irresistible in a crowded environment. Supporting assets including merchandise and social content templates ensured consistency across every touchpoint, from a customer’s first glance at the stall to the Instagram post they shared after eating.



















When we came to Dan we were really struggling with our brand identity and it was starting to hold us back. Dan was great to work with. He took the time to properly understand us, and the business and helped us clarify who we are and what we stand for.
